RN Aesthetic Injector

Part-time / Full-timeIn person at our Springfield, Missouri practiceflexible scheduling

An experienced injector who leads with assessment and conversation. You will build plans around the person in your chair, with the time and support to do the work carefully.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state
  • Experience as an aesthetic injector strongly preferred, with a portfolio of natural, well-judged results
  • Skilled assessment of facial anatomy and precise injection technique, with real attention to detail
  • Experience starting IVs and performing lab draws preferred
  • Familiarity with advanced treatments such as HRT, microneedling, and PRP preferred, though not required
  • Clear, warm communication — able to explain a plan honestly and set realistic expectations
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical patient care
  • A steady, positive presence and a proactive approach to the work
  • Newly certified injectors are welcome; we support the right candidate’s continued training

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their goals, then build a plan around the person rather than a menu of treatments
  • Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced aesthetic treatments with precision
  • Educate clients on aftercare and realistic outcomes, answering questions without rushing
  • Maintain accurate, compliant records of treatments, progress notes, and any adverse reactions
  • Contribute occasional branded content for our social channels
  • Take part in training, workshops, and continuing education to keep your practice current
  • Represent Allure with professionalism and genuine warmth
  • Help clients understand the full range of care available, so their plan can evolve with them
